BRINGING NEW LUXURY LIVING IN A MICRO PACKAGE TO CHICAGO’S LOOP

Design-build architects Moceri Roszak launched two new luxury communities in Chicago’s Loop as a way to marry efficient floor-plan design and high-amenity communities into new residential pockets of the growing urban center. The team launch two innovative communities that have reshaped neighborhoods into bustling centers of living, redirecting the composition of the businesses and services to revitalize new areas in the Loop.

Their Challenge

Chicago has always enjoyed a vibrant residential community with growth in classic hubs such as River North, Lincoln Park and the South Loop. Moceri Rozak sought to alter the traditional definitions of where to live in the Loop by messaging a new-style community with efficient living spaces, high-amenities and green spaces near where people work.

The agency put together a sophisticated story matrix that was used to deliver stories on the architectural features, neighborhood highlights and details on amenities that appeal to millennial audiences.
